Bulsatcom и Exodus на PC

Hello,

I am new to the forum and KODI. Please accept my preliminary excuses if I confuse my topic and / or violate the rules of the forum.

For a month I have Andorid Box-and through it I met Kodi, thanks to the courtesy of the trader I bought it from.

A quick look was enough to see that this is a new hobby, whose deep understanding requires a lot of time and desire, which I regret not have. That's why I decided to try to "get to Constantinople" by asking.

My idea is to install Kodi on a PC with Win10. In Kodi I install Exodus + Bg Subtitles search in it, and more importantly I want to be able to watch TV from Bulsatcom as I have a device registration registration, my parents are their subscribers.

Is it possible to have the above-mentioned and can some brief implementation guidelines.
